Matcha's a mild and smooth green tea, that's naturally low in caffeine. A cup of Matcha has about 1/4 of the caffeine of a coffee. Golden Greens Organic Matcha is grown in Uji, Japan. The leaves are covered for two weeks before they are picked. This increases chlorophyll making the leaves and powder a vibrant green.
