Beer Description: Brasserie de la Senne Witz is a Belgian wheat beer that has a straw-blonde colour. It has the characteristic haze of a wheat beer, and its head is white and creamy. The emphasis is on the freshness of the wheat and the roundness of the oats. It develops very floral notes (white fruit tree blossoms) and a slightly lemony and green currant fruitiness. It has, as expected, very little bitterness, but a slight, very refreshing acidity. As is the case with all Brasserie de la Senne beers, it’s organic.
