Our ProCook single sided 600 grit whetstone is a traditional way to keep your knives in peak cutting condition. As all chefs and cooks know a sharp blade makes all cutting tasks easier and more enjoyable. When you need to sharpen your blades simply soak your whetstone for between 5 and 10 minutes then place in the holding tray to allow excess water to drain away.
