Portwest Shock Absorbing Double Webbing Lanyard

The Portwest Shock Absorbing Double Webbing Lanyard is a fall arrest lanyard designed to protect workers at height during work positioning and movement between anchor points. Constructed with durable high-strength webbing, this double-ended lanyard features a scaffolding hook and carabiner configuration, allowing a continuous connection to be maintained whilst moving between anchor points — a critical capability for working safely at height. The integrated shock absorber is designed to reduce the forces exerted on the body in the event of a fall. With a maximum rated load of 100kg and a total length of 180cm including connectors, this lanyard is suited to a wide range of working-at-height applications including scaffolding, construction, and industrial maintenance. It carries both CE certification and UKCA marking, confirming compliance with relevant safety standards for use in the UK. The lanyard benefits from a 10-year shelf life from its manufacturing date, as indicated on the product label, making it a reliable long-term addition to any fall protection kit.
