Beer Description: Aecht Schlenkerla Erle is a German black lager, brewed by the historic smoked beer brewery – Schlenkerla. A special smoked malt is used to brew this unusual lager. Malt that is dried over Alder wood, rather than beech wood. This is less smoky than their Marzen but has an equally strong flavour.
