Beer Description: Brewmaster’s Selection Wild Funky Wit is brewed by De Brabandere Brewery. It is a cloudy Belgian wheat beer but with a difference! Instead of using yeast for the first fermentation, the brewery uses the wild microflora derived from their oak barrels. This gives the beer a citrus-sour flavour and taste that is very refreshing.
