Beer Description: The Saint Lamvinus is a collaboration of wine growers in France and the Cantillon Brewery. The grapes, of the merlot and cabernet-franc varieties, are soaked in Bordeaux barrels containing two to three year old lambic. The beer is not blended before the bottling. The foam is caused by the addition of a liquor, which starts the fermentation.
We only receive Cantillon beers three / four times per year and they sell out immediately. We have therefore decided to start a
waiting list, based on first-come, first-served. Please email us to reserve
your Cantillon beers. We will then inform you once our next delivery has
arrived.
