The dual pocketed system is made of 5000 pressure relieving pocketed springs in the 150cm size mattress which lie at the heart of the mattress. The initial upper springs have a softer feel which firms up as you hit the lower springs below to create an overall firm feeling mattress. Within the mattress the nested springs are sandwiched between the very generous layers of natural wool, cotton silk and cashmere fillings, which are hand tufted using time honoured techniques. The mattress is finished with 3 rows of hand side stitching which provide a high level of edge support which enhances the sleeping surface. Our Elite Natural 5000 mattress incorporates the very best premium quality natural fillings including cotton, wool silk and cashmere. All these natural fillings combine to provide the ultimate sleeping experience whilst helping to regulate body temperature by drawing moisture away from the body. Please note that due to the high natural filling content in this mattress the mattress will require regular turning. This mattress has a firm comfort rating.
