Beer Description: This is a blonde, lambic, Belgian collaborative beer between Brasserie En Stoemelings and Cantillon. The 1897 is a blend between a seasonal-style beer with three cereals (barley, wheat and oats) including a good amount of raw grains (not malted) and a young lambic from Cantillon. The result is dry, sour, with cereal and a fresh bitterness.
