Our 12 cup shallow bun sheet is great for making cupcakes buns and scones as well as other shallow bakes such as jam tarts or mince pies. Made from 1mm heavy gauge carbon steel providing excellent heat conduction for even cooking results. The shallow tin is durable and sturdy with a rolled edge at the top and bottom for added strength and rigidity.
