Our 15cm santoku knife is based on the traditional Japanese version of a chefs knife and benefits from a wide scalloped blade that enables it to slice through foods without them sticking to the blade. The range features matching colour coated steel blades and integrated soft-grip handles making the knives extremely comfortable to use even for prolonged periods of time.
