It consists of a waist and chest strap, connected by two crisscrossed, over-shoulder straps.
All of the straps are adjustable using hook and loop fasteners.
The Saunders Posture Support acts by pulling the shoulders, lower back and spine into a neutral position.
This can decrease back and shoulder pain and improve posture.
The elasticated straps are covered with cotton to make them soft and comfortable.
